Women's Menstrual Health Project

About This Project

Photography and video production in partnership with the Menstrual Health Project (MHP), a UK charity providing educational resources about menstrual health conditions. This project was created in alliance with Lauren's menstrual health journey as a woman with PCOS, helping to break stigma and empower individuals with accurate health information. We produced a series of short-form videos that have been performing well across MHP's Instagram and LinkedIn channels, supporting their mission through workshops, toolkits, and awareness campaigns.
