Do I need to prepare anything before the shoot?
Not much. We take care of all the technical setup and creative direction. If you have specific movements, clients, or branded items you want featured, bring those along. Otherwise, just show up ready to train like you normally would. We'll nail down the details together during our strategy session beforehand.
Can I bring clients or models?
Absolutely! Real training sessions create authentic content. Let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
How quickly will I receive my content?
Social media content: 1 week. Full brand videos: 2 weeks. We can rush for an additional fee if needed.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling. Less than 48 hours may incur a 50% booking fee.
